3. Contracts and Agreements

3.1. Written Contracts: All projects require a written contract detailing the scope of work, timelines, costs, and payment terms.

3.2. Project Commencement: Work will commence only after the contract is signed by both parties and the initial payment is received.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment Schedule: Payments are to be made according to the schedule outlined in the contract.

4.2. Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the contract.

4.3. Project Hold: Failure to make payments as agreed may result in a temporary hold on the project.

5. Compliance with Regulations

5.1. Legal Compliance: We adhere to all local, state, and national regulations governing the construction industry in Oman.

5.2. Permits and Approvals: We will obtain all necessary permits and approvals for the project. The Client is responsible for providing any required documentation.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. Access to Site: The Client must provide access to the construction site as required.

6.2. Information Provision: The Client must provide accurate information and specifications for the project.

6.3. Timely Decisions: The Client must make decisions in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

7. Project Timeline

7.1. Estimated Timeline: The project timeline will be estimated in the contract. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

7.2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

8.1. Quality Assurance: We guarantee that all work will be performed to industry standards.

8.2. Warranty Period: We offer a warranty period for our construction services as specified in the contract.

9. Changes and Modifications

9.1. Change Orders: Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order and may affect the project cost and timeline.

9.2. Client-Initiated Changes: The Client may request changes, which will be accommodated if feasible and may incur additional charges.

10. Termination

10.1. Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the contract with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will apply.

10.2. Termination by Company: We may terminate the contract for non-payment, breach of terms, or other valid reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. No Liability for Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

11.2. Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Oman.

12.2. Arbitration Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Oman.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the signed contract, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

13.2. Amendments: Any amendments to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

13.3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
